Thank you, Lisk...If you don't mind me asking...What kind of care do they require? I think they would look good in my garden...Are they perennial, annual? They look kind of tropical...I have elephant ears but here in NE OH they seem to do best in container...I planted them in the ground this year and waited for it to sprout, I ended digging them up they were pitted and in bad health, but put in container, to my surprise they sprouted and grew! Would like some nice green leafy type plant...and one more?...Are you able to buy them in retail?

Gee, Juanita, I honestly don't know what kind of care a tobacco plant needs. Probably annuals. All I know is the growers plant seedlings in the Spring and the leaves are harvested in September. The stalks are plowed under later in the Fall. I don't think these plants are what you are seeking for your garden. I have never seen them for sale retail. Sorry I couldn't have been more help.
