It wouldn't have helped when its THAT far advanced for that one cat BUT it would have hopefully prevented another cat from ever getting those health issues to begin with. Sorta like changing a MC donalds diet after you've had a massive heart attack isn't going to help the 71 year old heart disease victim find instant cure for severe heart disease , but if you don't start a 3 year old on the same diet he/she probably won't get the heart disease. Yes letting go when there that bad is good however it does pay to research so it hopefully doesn't happen again with another cat.

Dian, I started this quilt years ago and abandoned it because I didn't like the way it was going. Now that I see yours I think I need to get back to it. Everything else I have is a WIP (Work in Process) but this one was truly abandoned. Yours is absolutely adorable! Kate

Sue, I love the blue, green & yellow in the first quilt. I am attracted to the Stack n Whacks - I know some hate them :). dian - very cute Easter display. Vasu - I really like your quilt & the arrangement of the 24" blocks. Kudos to your son! I finally finished this quilt this weekend. The weather cleared on Sunday, so I was able to get a pic outside. I used a Batik jelly roll by Textile Creations. The pattern is from Cozy Quilt Designs' book Strip Tubing. The pattern designer is Susan Van Alyne. It is for a teen girl - who likes Peace signs and her school colors are Blue.

musicteacher ~ beautiful sailboat quilt & curtains. The quilting is a perfect choice for that quilt! Your daughter has designed a really nice room for Eli. Hanging the curtains with the stripe on the outside mimics the border on the quilt-I like it! I hope you stick around on the forum and make more quilts. That little guy is going to grow faster then you can sew....so you better have a few ideas for more! I must warn you~~ We are all a bad influence :) Thanks for posting the pictures!
