What 'style' are these barstools and chairs

I am still struggling with purchasing a dinette set and bar stools. I think I would like the stools to match. Are these french country or would you classify them as some other "style".

chairs: (I would go with the brown stain finish - same as stools shown)

I don't know what style they are but I can tell you that I LOVE THEM. The table is stunning. I can see it in a french country decor.

Thanks for the information! Could this be a Lincoln rocker without the rockers? It is very close to the floor! I am not sure if it would balance on rockers..... I am going look at the construction again to firm things up in my mind.... Thanks Again, Shawn

would a home have to have in order for these to fit in? I think they seem a bit too formal for my mish-mosh pottery-barn/cottage style home, but I need additional seating, and these seem to be a decent deal, if they are in good shape. Thanks Squirrel! I am shopping ONLINE. I have visited every furniture manufacturer (online) that I could find. I just stumbled on these last night and I loved them too. Today, I went to local distributor's to "see" the finish and quality in person. I don't ask for help, or take the time of a sales agent, because I know I am not buying from them.. I can't, because I purchase either from a NC companies I know, or Lex Furniture in KY, and the savings are tremendous (but the stools are a bit pricey). These are all made by Lorts Furniture.

These are it for me... I had posted the other style (which I also loved), but I couldn't find just the right ones! Once I saw these, "they felt right"! I have my order ready to fax, just after the furniture store confirms one final price tomorrow! I feel like a load is off me - and all my main decisions are made! I'll take my time finding just the right coffee tables, lamps and accessories once we move into our new home!

dgmarie, never heard of www.beachlersfurniture.com either, I did a search for "LORTS" and they happened to have the Lorts furniture online. Also furnitureland south carries this brand, but lorts website does not offer their products at all online. www.lorts.com

Anyone else have any thoughts about the style of these?

I bought my Lorts coffee table from Beachler's. Very good company - owner Rob is super nice. Good experience. I'm also buying a hall chest (Lorts) from them again. I also know that DOn Lamor carries Lorts too.
