Thanks ya'll! =) I'm loving Samba very much. I must note though, that these are "older" bulbs so I'm not sure if Samba is performing to it's full potential? =) Maria, I agree that Samba looks much like Prelude as well. The only difference that I noticed off hand is the upper two"cup" shaped petals of Samba that Prelude does not have. My flowers are 4" across and 4" up-down but I have a feeling that Samba is under-performing because of it being acquired so late into the season. So far, there are two scapes and with the one that is in bloom, there are four flowers per scape. I can't wait to see your pics! =)

The really cool thing would be to allow users to have a "custom" mode that would allow them to download "X recognition" software ... where X means face-, ball-, butterfly-, bird-, etc ... as a focus controller. It wouldn't be hard, and apps would quickly fill the market. Unless, of course, the mathematics for face recognition are proprietary; but I guess it's probably standard wavelet stuff. Jeff

Looks like you're coming right along with the camera work. Love your rainy day pics. That rose looks good enough to eat! It's raining here today also....a slow drizzle. I did manage to get the dead heading done and see what new ones were blooming today, although, I got a bit wet in doing so. :) I haven't taken the camera out...don't want to get it wet. If it stops long enough, I'll run out and do some photos with rain drops too. Thanks for the show. Jan
