What Cookie/Candy does NOT freeze well?

Hi everyone,

I've been gone for a while. Started a new job and just a lot going on, but with Thanksgiving and holiday baking at hand, I thought I'd check in.

My Nov/Dec issue of Victoria magazine arrived and they have 13 "old world" style cookies, which have inspired me to get going on holiday baking. But I don't really know which cookies or candy do not freeze well. I don't usually start baking this early.

So, can you freeze all types of candies, such as toffee? truffles? fudge? Brittle? I make pistachio brittle which is really pretty at Christmas with the green nuts sitting in the caramel colored candy.

Can you freeze things like Viennese Crescents which are coated in powdered sugar. Do iced cookies freeze ok? How about biscotti? What about thumbprints with jams inside?

Any hints you have on what does and does not freeze well would be great!

Thanks!
