How would you feel about the Tuscany or do you think that would draw attention to them not being centered? I envision your columns as a frame and the tuscany would hightlight the windows more. I may have to see about that Roman Shade...I so want silk in there! Although I saw on silksupplyco that they do have them in linen, which would give me a tad more privacy. Hmmmm. No, that's a fake orchid but one of these days I am going to get a real one and hopefully I won't kill it! I want to do something with candles but I don't know if I want to do the wall sconce route or just pillars. The picture is dark, it exposed to the window. I have BM Saddle Tan in there (painted before I discovered EK). My painters wanted to paint in there while they were here and now I regret not letting them. The paint sheen is completly flat in a builders grade paint (not even BM) and I only have to walk by it to leave a mark. Here's a pic that gives an accurate idea of color:

Thanks everyone for the comments! The shelves above the toilet would be purely decorative. We saw a picture in a magazine that had those shelves above a toilet and we both liked them. However, the bathroom in the picture was bigger than ours. My son loves the Pottery Barn look so I was trying to give that to him. He likes the jars filled with qtips, cotton balls, and so on. I definitely thought about hanging the mirror in the shower; that's what I had originally bought it for. But then I decided it would be smarter to buy a dresser mirror (those not very expensive mirrors that you get for hte back of your bedroom door to see how you look) and put that up there instead. A friend told me that you can find those mirrors that aren't real glass and that seems like a safer choice. I was also trying to avoid glass shelves in the bathroom. Even though my son is fairly mature, he is only 8 and when he has friends over they can get a little energetic. Glass in the bathroom worries me. I could try and go with a train shelf, but, those are even deeper than the white shelf. The wall color is prettier in real life; it's Coos Bay by Pratt and Lambert. Yes, the clock, it's a keeper. It is a clock and it also measures humidity and temperature which my son thinks is "cool". Mostly, I want him to have a clock so that he is not dilly dallying in the morning when we are trying to leave for school. Another idea I had was to have DS put together some Lego Architecture kits and then put those in shadow boxes and mount those to the wall above the toilet. He is crazy about lego. What do you think of that idea? I could also put up a standard white, or black medicine cabinet from Home Depot and put that above the toilet. Thoughts on that? Or maybe I should try and find like an interesting open shelf cabinet that isn't so deep so it can still house the qtips, and the cotton balls. I'm the worst at accessorizing. Lyfia, I thought about your great idea and stood there and sized up the situation. I think that is beyond my meager capabilities and the chair rail would come right in the middle of it. I wish I'd thought of it before I put up the wainscoting, and maybe then I'd have had a fighting chance at it, but not now. Lukkirish, I will, thanks. Here is what keeps haunting me about this job. I have a leftover (from previous home) partial roll of wallpaper here that I adore, that looks fab with the Mucha. It's an arts and crafts pattern. I just keep coming back to wanting to use this paper. [](http://tinypic.com?ref=2woja78) The problem is, I don't have enough of it for the job, even with not going over the bathtub area. I have looked and looked and can't find anything out there like it. So the question is, could I put up narrow margin molding frames on the upper walls and put this paper inside them, then paint the paper's background color on the rest of the wall? Or the lighter beige\-peach featured in the first picture here? Or with the wainscoting would that look too choppy?
