restraint collar question

Thought I'd pop over here from another forum to ask you something. We've slowly been adapting a feral cat into our household and it has gone beautifully. Ferrell is now neutered, innoculated and wants to be inside more than out. Here's the problem. He has an old injury on his cheek and has had two courses of antibiotics for it. A scab forms on it right away if he leaves it alone, but he's a scratcher and within minutes can open it up again. I've used many things to help dry it up quickly and they all work fine..if he'd just leave it alone. So...do they make restraint collars for cats, like they do for dogs which prevents them from scratching their faces? Have any of you ever seen these? Just thought I'd check with you before taking him in once again to our vet. Thanks.
