Kitchen addition layout; would you please give some feedback?

We are planning an addition to expand my tiny kitchen and change the lower level layout. The house is a brick 2 story built in the 1890s and it is in a historic district. This is the first written plan by our kitchen designer but we have met a few times. We have some limitations with the original part of the house (we can change the back east wall but really not much about the south side). The kitchen will be open to the dining room on the west side. The sink (3 windows) will overlook the back yard (facing east). I want a 36 inch cooktop and since I want 2 ovens, I think I'm going to do 30 inch double wall ovens. I am not sure about 2 dishwashers; do I want to give up the cabinet space? I have never had a second sink but from reading previous posts; sounds like most people are glad they have it. I cook often and tend to cook multiple meals during the weekend for quick warm up during the week. Thanks for your help.
