Hi Anne Here is a link to the spillway that I got probably over 5 years ago, however the site is stating they don't have them anymore but there is a reference to where you can order one. Yes my fishes seem to be very happy and I so enjoy them. You might have to copy and paste the link.. http://www.koivillage.com/filtration/diy_filter.html Sandy

I've had the best luck in the late summer/ fall. However, then you have to find a place to store your roses until spring. I kept mine under lights. If anyone wants to trade rooted cuttings, let me know! I like multi colored, striped, and old English type roses.

To Christine, Yes, it's very pretty. It's quite surprising that my naughty cat's bite didn't hurt the butterfly's wings. That is, the butterfly in the video completed the eclosion successfully and flied away through an open window. :) To butterflymomok: It seems that Papilio demoleus libanius is quite common in southeastern Asia. Somehow I missed this post - the video is great! - I'm not used to seeing chickadees with caterpillars hanging out of their bills, so this is a new side of a favorite bird. Thanks, Claire
