Exterior trim paint color help needed--thanks!

Although I also posted these questions on the home decorating forum, I did it before realizing there's also this paint forum and apologize for the double posting. Hope someone will be able to advise me! We're in the middle of adding a second floor to a 50 year old ranch. We were very lucky in being able to match the old brick but now need to pick a trim color that will work with the new upstairs windows. They're wood frame, but the "individual panes" have a white vinyl. Currently, our house has BM's White Dove (OC-17) as the trim color. I'm thinking that's not white enough for the new windows? I'd really appreciate any suggestions as to a better trim color--maybe BM's Simply White or Decorator's White?

Also, for interior trim, which is whiter--Cloud White or White Dove? Thanks for your thoughts!

I like your current colors as they coordinate with the roof. If you want to change to Sandy Hook Gray it looks like it would also coordinate with the brown roof. Not Rockport though.

Yep I'd recommend getting rid of the bow window. Very pleasant house. I like the sage with the brick, but charcoal gray is also and option for your trim.

We plan to paint the exterior siding, trim, and garage door of our house soon and need help choosing a color scheme that works well with our brick and new black windows. I am open to painting or staining the brick to create a uniform look, but my husband is a hard no on touching the brick at all. As you can see, we're growing ivy on most of the front brick anyway. We initially thought white siding with a dark brown or charcoal for the trim and garage door would work well, but I'm worried the house will end up looking dated and busy. Should we go with a dark siding and even darker trim, or use the same color for siding, trim, & garage door? Too many choices. Help!

We are thinking about having the beams and post painted to look like wood. it will all be wrapped in hardy which we chose for the easy maintenace. My husband has been researching techniques how to get the wood look. We’ll go ahead n paint all the trim white similar to what we already have with white gutters and keep the white trim on the windows. He’s also researching stsining the brick instead of painting. Do you think a gray color would look good? SW light french gray or go darker? Thank you!
