Break the Fast Ideas

What do you do to break the fast after Yom Kippur? I am hosting this year and will serve some of the obvious old stand-bys and have plenty of beverages on hand but wonder if anyone has something special they always like to have after the fast.

It has to be easy, quick to set up foods since we will all be at shul all day and into the evening. No-one will be available or have time to set up. So the foods have to be ready to come straight from the fridge to the table with little prep needed - foods that can be served cold or at room-temperature. I can set up platters that can be tightly wrapped and left in the fridge but I can not serve anything that needs to be heated before serving or whisked together at the last minute. No hot appetizers or cute little canapes for this event! Oh, and it has to be foods easy to eat standing up since there will be more people than my dining table fits. Once the immediate hunger is sated, people do find places to sit and hang around schmoozing for a while. Many have to go to work the next day though so it doesn't become a very long night.

What's your favorite Break-the-Fast food?
