Comments (3)If its minimal then 1 coat of most stain killer/primer will be fine. If ya wanna clean it simple green is a great choice. I recommend everyone get a bottle of that stuff & check it out for any difficult cleaning jobs. Comments (1)I have used paint that is more than 10 years old and it's fine. You may just need to strain it because it gets all snotty when it just sits. The key is keeping the lid on tight.
