Tan Brown Granite?

Does anyone have Tan Brown granite with white cabinets? If so can u post pics? I have cream/champagne walls, Behr linen white wainscoting and crown, and black appliances. I'm going to paint my oak cabinets the same color as my trim - Behr Linen White. Tan Brown is one of the few colors in our price range that I like but I'm worried about the stark contrast with the white cabinetry. I also heard that it looks dirty often but I'm not that worried as I'm obsessed with Windex!!

I actually HAD brown quartz (Cambria Canterbury) for my white kitchen. It was just too much contrast for me... perhaps if the white was more creamy or had a glaze it would have been ok for me. I cancelled it and went with New Quay--gray/white in color. Even though my island is brown with a black glaze on it, all that white was what I saw first and I needed to tone it down, not add to the contrast. That's just my taste though.

Both of my bathrooms are green. The master has tan granite-looking countertops and the walls are painted BM Aura in Metropolitan. Very spa-like. My daughter's bathroom is painted BM Quiet Moments. That color is very nice, as well.

We looked at granite today and I think we like Tan Brown, better than Dakota Mahogany. We have brazilian cherry floors and oak cabinets. Were going to do an island with black distressed cabinets.Would SS appliances look better with this dark granite choice, versus black appliances?? Is tan brown a good choice for combining oak and black cabinets, cherry floors and white trim ??Thanks for your pics.

ha, thank you. That was my thought as well but my wife wasn't so hot on the deal. I'm not one known for making good color combinations so her skepticism was warranted

Can you paint the bathroom walls BM Shoreline with tan brown granite?

The undertone of Shoreline is a mossy green. So, I would say don’t chose it. With out seeing the bathroom, I’m working with memory of the “almond” fixtures. This? I like to find a coordinate, not a match when both almond & tan cause confusion. I would paint the walls: Again, because you have posted no photo, choose the shower curtain in the same color as the tile. Choose art with a nickel finish frame and you are done!
