Which SW white for trim and ceiling with Quietude walls

Have decided on Quietude rather than a taupe color for the walls of our small bedroom.

From the whites brochure from SW, which white would be best for the trim and doors and in which finish?

Btw SW is having a 40% off sale 4/8 to 4/10.

Also, should I be getting the Dura or Super grade paint and in what finish for the walls, trim and ceiling? (old home with "bumpy" plaster walls and ceiling.)

I know that the SW Alabaster is a very good universal white that works well for trim. I have Charleston White (DCR 100) on the trim and doors in my house, and love it. However, it's from the Colors of Historic Charleston collection, and your store may not have a color brochure (I ordered mine online). I use the SW Pro Classic in semi-gloss. It goes on very easily and isn't that shiny at all.

On my ceilings I've used the Classic 99 flat in Pure White. The SW ceiling whites are all too blue, but this white is really lovely. I think it would also be a good white for trim.

I've used the Duration Matte for all of my walls so far, even in the kitchen. I love this paint! Looks flat when viewed straight on, but has a slight sheen at an angle. Wipes clean easily with no burnishing, and touch-ups have been invisible.

Thank you so much for the detailed advice.
I will go with the Pure White on the ceiling and trim and in the finishes you suggest.
Also thanks for the info on the Duration Matte and will use that in the Quietude.

I love SW Extra White. It's crisp and clean yet it doesn't have that 'arctic' Elsa's castle in Frozen vibe. Same white. Keep it simple. Flat for ceilings. Lo-sheen eggshell or matte for walls. Shinier for cabs and trim/doors at least satin. Gloss or semi-gloss as long as the painter applying it knows what they're doing.

We closed on our house today wahoooo! I only got to spend about an hour there but looked quickly at the samples for trim/doors/ceilings. I think I've narrowed it down to three possibilities: BM Simply White, SW Extra White and BM Super White. I thought about BM Chantilly Lace too. Basically, looking at the finishings, my first gut is that BM Simply White looks the best. I just worry it may look too yellow once up on everything. At least that's what I read (and you know how reliable the internet is). First question: has anyone had experience with BM Simply White? Does it just read warm or do you see the yellow in it when it's one trim/doors/ceilings? So I may go that direction, or wonder if I should go with a cleaner white but something close. Something still a little warm... As for the runners up, from what I can see SW Extra White and BM Super White are very similar but Extra White maybe looks a little warmer? Maybe because it has more chroma? Is this understanding accurate, Lori A. Sawaya?? And it seems to me that the order of warmth would go SW Extra White, BM Super White, BM Chantilly Lace... is that a correct reading? Again for context - East/West exposures with a lot of shade. Wall colors aren't chosen but would likely be something along the lines of BM Edgecomb Gray, BM Ballet White, BM Chelsea Gray, BM Natural Cream. Daughter's room will be BM Opal. I'll try to take some pics of the finishings tomorrow but would love any thoughts on this. Thanks!

The SW base without tint is Extra White SW 7008. Some painters have an extra shot of white colorant shot into the can. I've seen it. I've measured it and I don't see a difference VISUALLY. However, some painters believe it helps with hide. Because Extra White may need more than two coats. If they want to do an extra shot of white and can keep it consistent can to can, I'm fine with that. Ben Moore's base without tint is White OC-151. It's very pretty too. I believe (don't quote me) High Reflective White is ALSO an untinted base color which is why it's only available in specific bases. I don't know for sure because I never use it. I read that Extra White looks best with cool colors and doesn't pair well with warm woods. 🙄 I specify Extra White a lot. This is a ridiculous statement.

You wait until the lighting is finished and IMO you use LED bulbs 4000K that makes choosing whites easier and also eliminates any yellow cast .

I second the Alabaster suggestion. I have a bedroom in Quietude and the trim color used throughout my house is the ProClassic tinted in Benjamin Moore White Dove, which is almost an exact match to Alabaster. I used the Cashmere flat. So velvety and rich!

My builder used the Proclassic in satin and it's not shiny at all. Creamy is another nice SW ceiling/trim color. Love Quietude!
