I am looking for a site or pattern for the Time Out dolls. I quilt and crochet for Disabled Veterans at the local nursing home, elderly in nursing homes, elderly at my church, crafts for church, cancer patients and now premature babies. I showed one of the disabled veterans a time out doll that I purchased in Houston for my husband to use at the car show and he wanted one made with a Navy uniform on him. I said I would see what I could do. If anyone has a pattern or a site, please send it to me. Also I am always in need of cut pieces of fabric to continue making quilts for those who need them the most. God Bless, Marilyn

Neat site. I was especially interested in the section on preemie quilts as my sewing group is planning on making them. No one had mentioned about no quilting in the middle because of sensitive skin. So this site was a learning experience.

Thanks Belle, I will go check them out. Always fun to find free patterns. Marylee, it is so nice having you be a bit "windy" on here. You always give the sweetest compliments, but seldom tell us much about yourself. Would love to have you chat more. ;o) I wanted to tell you that from the Garden Junk forum, I learned to use old baseballs and the GE Silicone II and cover them in the half marbles or the small stones. Bought both at DT. Mine have been out in the yard for about three years and are doing fine. The one I tried with a styrofoam ball did not hold up well even though I had "sealed it with glue" first. I also have old bowling balls covered the same way and one I painted to look like a ladybug and gave to my neighbor. The balls are cheap at the ts. Luvs
