Layout Help - Small Kitchen

This is my first post so bear with me if the attachments don't come through correctly.

I'd love any advice on our current small kitchen plan.

About us:

DH is main cook during the week (nothing fancy). He is 6'2" and all he wants is an oven that maintains the right temp! I'm 5'3" and sometimes cook on weekends but love to bake. We don't entertain a whole lot. We do host holidays for a small family and casual get-togethers with friends where I do most of the cooking.

Trying to get as much storage/organization as I can into this small space and would love advice if anyone can find a better solution to my plan.

Space is limited -- can't expand beyond present layout due to slider/dining area beyond the counter seating. I could move/add a bigger window over the sink, but budget could be an issue. If this makes a major improvement in plan, I would consider it.

I've tried to incorporate my "wish" list of pullout pantry, double trash pullout; deep drawer pot/pan storage and tray storage. We will incorporate a charging station either in the drawer or upper cabinet of far right cabinet near counter seating.

The lower cabinet near counter seating is a 2-drawer pullout for liquor, etc. as its close to the slider/deck.

Finalized appliances are GE Cafe Electric Range/Advantium OTR Micro; KA 36" CD Fridge, KA DW.

Current plan is for a 25" swanstone UM sink with Kohler Vinnata.

Main concerns with current plan:

1. Symmetry of uppers between Range/OTR Micro. 18" on left and 15" on right. Does this really matter? Am I being too picky?

2. Darn corners. Left upper I have an easy reach which seems the best solution for glassware storage. I'm open to any other suggestions. Bottom left is currently a straight blind corner, no pullouts. I thought this best for storage of tall stock pots, electric fry pan, tall cutting boards. The only issue is access is by a 15" door, not a hinged door, due to pullout pantry next to stove.

I dearly want a pullout pantry but do I have to sacrifice for better blind corner storage? I could move POP to the right of the sink and lose my tray storage.

3. Base drawer to the left of the stove. Is it better to have 4-drawer storage allowing for more shallow drawers for cooking utensils rather than a 3-drawer with deeper drawers where these things will get lost?

I welcome any/all suggestions. Been lurking here for a few months and can't tell you how helpful this Board has been -- thank you!
