Finished My raised beds...finally
Comments (38)Hi Frank, sorry not been on here for ages.Lost internet for a long while & then just been real busy. The strawberry plants have took a real pasting this Summer from all the rain & I have lost half of the mother plants.I have a few that are just starting to put out daughter plants.Hopefully if the weather starts to get a bit cooler/drier then they will take off. Is the email (nugger56)still good?If so I will keep you posted & give you a shout when I have enough plants. It's typical, last Season I must of given away about 200 plants, this Season I might have to buy my own :)...See MoreComparison of do-it-yourself replacement windows?
Comments (5)There are absolutely no pluses about building with stellar. 2 years later after moving into our house we regret ever falling for the sales spiel. We already spent over $500 000 on that house that was built to poor standard that the real estate agent we asked to value our house said that we would be better off pulling it down and starting again rather than selling and moving. We should have raised voice when we observed that they didnâÂÂt use gravel to elevate the foundation before they dug the trenches. Again we had to spent a lot of money on replacing the vinyl windows because they start to rotten after a season. We were really disappointed by realizing how low quality products were used by them. We had to spend another $1000 dollars for the widow replacement since we hired window choice (Mississauga) for all the works. Polaris might be a good option for you so consider them. While selecting a window replacement Company, be so sure about their reputation so that you will not have to regret afterwards....See MoreFinally finished my photo collage project
Comments (20)I'm so glad you guys like this. The more I look at it, the more pleased I am. I struggled SO HARD with this project -- I knew it could be good, but I tried out various schemes -- hanging from sticks with string and closepins, maybe stick on a mirror, etc. I was ready to just stick the pics on the plain canvas, but knew the white background wasn't right. The brown glaze background was a last minute decision and it just brought the whole thing together. You can't really see in the pics, but it's subtly metallic, which matches the matte print of the pics perfectly. It's really special to me, because my nickname is Cloud, and because the pics are all taken by me around my property and locally. and now, I'll shut up about it, lol!...See MoreFinally Finished my Guest Room
