We are in the planning phase of a new build. My family room will be open to the kitchen. On the primary wall will be the range in the center, flanked by cabinets and refrigerator on one side and stacked oven/micro on the other. In front of that is the long island.
Because of the open nature, I am considering a built-in fridge so that I can disquise it more, although a stainless fridge would balance OK with the oven stack, IMO. I would like to have more refrigerator space, and I am considering a fridge and ice drawer near a beverage center in addition to a regular 36" refrigerator. So a few questions...
1. Do built in refrigerators have more room?
2. Would regular 36" fridge plus a fridge drawer offer similar capacity/functionality of built in?
3. Can you get built in fridge with water/ice dispenser?
Thanks in advance!
