I posted the same type question here and in Plumbing last year when planning a bath remodel. I found this drain and have had it installed; the bath is almost complete so I cannot vouch that it will work as I intended. I got it because the drain cover is easy to remove to clean out hair. don't know how easy it would be to replace your drain with one of these and just clean it out yourselves periodically. My thinking was I could put a mesh screen under the cover to catch all the hair, but haven't tried that yet. My plumber and tile setter loved the drain by the way. I chose the Kohler Whitehaven sink in the 32-33" width with the tall apron. It's deep and plenty big for a little wash basin on one side. I also have a roll out dryer rack that sit across the top when I want to dry dishes. I love it! While I chose the seasalt color, and it IS beautiful (looks like suspended tapioca) honestly, it doesn't show up as much as I thought it would and I would just go with white if I had to do it over again.

Good luck emailing them. Every manufacturer that I have emailed out of the US never replies. Depending upon the age of the tile, the product may or may not still be available. Most tiles stay on the open market for around 5 years. Some 3 yrs others up to 8-10 depending upon their national sales totals. You could try a company named CrossVille. They bought out another company in the past named Master Tile. Master Tile used to sell tiles with Ballesmar, gres monococcion on their boxes. Good luck.
