15 cubic feet of Pro Mix, at a steal! =)
Comments (6)Heck, I can't remember the name right now! lol. It's off Murfreesboro Road, about 1 mile north of Waldron Rd/Parthenon Blvd. They have an excellent compost scoop price too! Dude only has about 6 bags of the Pro Mix left after my visit yesterday, but he said he's getting more in within the next 2-3 weeks. They are a 110% organic shop, btw...pesticides, fertilizers, anything you could dream of that's organic, they have. =) In fact, they have a 50 lb bag of 4-2-3 (with Calcium & some other nutrients) organic fertilizer i'm seriously thinking about picking up. - Steve...See More1000 cubic feet Fantasy Garden
Comments (14)Oh c'mon people, stop whining and start designing - I think it's a great idea! For starters, I'd just switch my thinking to 'miniatures' or dwarfs from the beginning, though not to exclude full size whatever should it fit in. Then I'd decide on where the 'pond' would go, and the pathway(s), the raised (x 10') on the superstrong lattice work floor that allows light into the area below it for hostas, impatience, ferns, etc. I'd plant (and these may be full sized) fruit trees all around the yard, against an openwork fence and espalier them so as to have them become the fence, produce fruit and not take up any more space than necessary. I'd have a 5 x 5' irregularly round or oval raised bed for alpines, letting the rocks spill down from one 'corner' towards the pond (with a few only koi inside), and a couple of old iron chairs (with pillows of course) or a bench against one side. The majority of what was left could be planted with a slow growing grass or thyme path (mentioned above) bordered by dwarf conifers, 1-2 specimen trees and filled in with annuals or perennials that behave well. Is it doable?...See MoreFisher Paykel SxS 25.6 Cubic Feet:
Comments (4)The manual linked below shows some minor control differences between the two F&P models. My computer hasn't been able to connect to the F&P site for last 4 or 5 days. The connection keeps timing out. Tracing the hop route shows that an ATT server in Australia doesn't forward the connection request. My Internet provider hasn't been able to help. The F&P "USA site" is actually in NZ. Here is a link that might be useful: F&P User Manual...See MoreFrench door fridge vs over/under cubic feet difference
Comments (19)I would not let the .7 cf dictate here... like someone had said previously - it probably is due to one single door vs the 2 french doors. Is the non-french door model a side by side or it is still a bottom freezer with a large single door fresh food area? I dislike the side by side. My friend has a french door - it makes me crazy because you feel like you have to open both doors all the time to see everything. I have a single door ref and love it! However it is in a location where that larger door swing is not an issue - so take your layout into account. I do find that I only really fully open the door when I am putting groceries away or cleaning it. Good luck!...See Morewritersblock (9b/10a)
