I just saw a sectional by Robin Bruce yesterday, that I liked very much. (Don't want a sectional tho and it didn't come in a regular sofa. ) The salespeople said it was pretty comparable with Lee Industries stuff: maybe a small step down, but not much. I think Lee is well-thought of in terms of quality.

Run a search over at the Furniture Forum. If I remember correctly, Rowe's skirted/slipcovered pieces have a pretty good reputation, but there are a LOT of complaints about their unskirted/footed stuff. Google them and you'll find a fair number of consumer complaints. We decided against Rowe for that reason. Perhaps they're trying to go a bit upscale now?

There is a Very reputable furniture store in Santa Fe that carries Robin Bruce, which is the high end brand for Rowe furniture. They explain that cushions can be ordered in several grades, which determine comfort levels. I suggest you chat with your local store to learn more.

I bought 2 couches at Wagners Home Furniture in Missoula Montana. Loved it at first, but now the cushions are losing their shape. I unzipped the covers to see i I would straight them out, because they are art foam and feathers, it was a mess inside. feathers everywhere and thread everywhere. I would not recommend this furniture. The pillows that came with it, feathers are constantly coming out of the fabric and I have to pick them or vacuum them evey week. Not satifsied for paying $6000

I know this is an old post but in case anyone sees it and wants some more recent feedback, we are extremely disappointed in our Robin Bruce Sylvie sectional. The cushions stopped holding shape within weeks and we are given lectures about how we just need to rotate them and fluff them. Well, when the stuffing is literally balling up inside after normal sitting, no amount of fluffing or rotating will fix that, we shouldn't have to rotate our cushions after every sit just to get them to sit correctly on the couch (and even then they never look nice). The back cushions have been replaced as a "one time favor" from the manufacturer and are again already lumpy and misshapen again. Two of the seams have already come apart and a third is starting to separate. The bottom cushions are so uncomfortable and provide no support. Overall we cannot recommend this couch and we are actually already looking for a replacement after just 6 months with it. 7k down the drain. We've had people ask us if it's our old couch since our remodel and it's embarrassing to have it in our home when everything else is so nice and wonderful. The company does not stand behind their product. Getting replacement cushions was like pulling teeth and it turns out that isn't even the problem, they are just junk.
