The kitchen turned out much better than we could have ever imagined, especially since I designed most of it myself and am far from being a kitchen designer. DH was involved every step of the way and often the voice of reason.

The whole experience was so positive that I'm ready to design another kitchen! And as it turns out, we just happen to own a rental condo that is in serious need of a new kitchen. But first we rest. :-)

Flamey, the entire process (cabinets, sink, granite counter, faucet, installed appliances, remodel construction of ceiling, recessed lighting and wood floors) took three weeks. By the end of the fourth week, our pendant lighting and backsplash was in. It was over in the blink of an eye in kitchen remodel terms.

Jodi it turned out so nice. I know you are very pleased.
Isn't it great when you have good contractors and everything just falls into place. There are such horror stories of kitchen remodels taking months and months. Ours took about 4 weeks and was a total, demo to the walls, remodel also.
I wouldn't hesitate to do it again.
