These aren't quite the same, but very similar.

These are square, not round, but at least the legs are right. I think you might end up going custom on these, in which case an ironworks place might be your best bet.

We have these, which are wrought iron in look and have a similar seat, although though don't have the twisted leg. Hillsdale Lincoln is the name.
