We bought ours from Lowes- it was $20, I think. It may be a nickel finish rather than SS, but it looks great with the SS faucet. We also spent under 50 cents on plastic tubing to make our own Never MT.

This one is pretty minimalistic, but was just under $20 at either Lowe's or HD, dont remember which:

It's perfect! Thanks guys! Where did you locate your soap dispensers? I have a sink that is bigger and deeper on the counter on the left and smaller on the right. The faucet will be just right of center.

Cocontom, Have you posted the directions to making your Never MT clone?

I was amazed at the cost of a name brand soap dispenser and bought ours at a local version of HD. So far, so good. But what I really like (other than the price) is that it fills from the top so I haven't done the Never-M-T like I thought I would.

Patti, Don't they all fill from the top? I have an American Standard soap dispenser and it fills from the top. However, it has always been difficult for me to fill without spilling and overfilling (since I really can't see how full it's getting as I refill it)--a big mess. Maybe you're just not as clumsy as I am. In addition, the soap container attached to the dispenser is fairly small, necessitating frequent refills.

When I saw the Never-MT discussed here, I knew I had to order one. (I did, it's installed, and I love it.)

I just got back from Lowe's and HD. I ended up with the one that muscat has and it's great. I have a Grohe Alira in stainless steel and the brushed nickel, not the stainless one went the best with it.

Now I need to order the Never MT. I can't wait! I HATE filling the soap dispenser.

I hope I love it...but I especially hope that my DH loves it because if either one of us doesn't, I'll never hear the end of it!

One of the unexpected benefits of the soap dispenser (never having had one before), is that I use much less soap. Guess I can be quite accurate with it compared to squeezing out the bottle. One of my favorite things (and the cheapest- though that has nothing to do with it- honest :>) about the new kitchen!

Now I'm really getting excited! Now, what side do most of you put the soap dispenser on?

I have a little more room behind my right sink, but, truthfully, I've always put my soap to the left. Why? I don't know...I guess being right handed, I want to do handle and the squirter with the right hand over the top, with the left going from water to soap. The other way your left arm would be in the water? Am I thinking this over too much?

Granite guy says he like the left. Didn't discuss why. Now I'm glad!
