Offshoot of Anne in Florida's Do You Complain Post

We've talked about this before but it always bears repeating.

I so agree that if you buy a product and it is not fresh or the package has been opened, you should return it. Not only for your own customer satisfaction, but in case there's a bigger issue the store needs to be aware of.

On the other side, it's equally important to let a store or a company know if their product exceeded your expectations or there was something about the transaction that particularly made you think "Wow, that was great!"

Stores and companies love to hear positive things from customers as well as the negative, and most times will send you coupons or samples for your taking the time to contact them.

Always good to let stores and companies know how their products and services are stacking up compared to others.
