I drink soy protein with phyto nutrients daily for a long time for protein replacement since I don't eat meat or dairy THANK GOD but it's also considered a natural estrogen replacement too and LOVE it, TASTES GREAT and does a body GOOD ;) inexpensive too!! Lastly, help spread the word and let other animal/horse lovers know about this SHADY billion dollar industry based entirely on the suffering of horses. I have had no hot flash relief with Activella or FemHrt. I've tried them over a period of several months and I get hot flashes 24/7. The FemHrt dose is 1/5 mcg (Ethinyl estradiol) However, I had instant hot flash relief with Prempro .625/2.5 (Conjugated estrogen) (Had some side effects with Prempro, but that's another thread) Does anyone have any insight as to why I have had no hot flash relief with FemHrt? Are the conjugated estrogens stronger than the ethinyl estradiol?

I think everyone should just tough it out, our Moms and Grandmothers did. Any herbal remedies that relieves the symptoms are just as dangerous as the prescriptions. Also there was a medical report in our local paper that the herbal hormone treatments are also blood thinners and very dangerous if taken with other blood thinners, aspirin, etc..

Dorishill I know it's been a while but just wanted to know how you are doing. I made a copy of all the vitamins you were taking so I can start taking them also. I have been going thru hell with all these symptoms...I don't know how much more of this I can take, I feel like I'm dying.
