I'm always so happy to hear of women who don't take anything.....and don't want to jump off a bridge! I am struggling with things. I wanted so badly to get off my patch, and gave it 2 and 1/2 months........but life got so bad, I cried "Uncle" and put the patch back on. I truly believe I am an alien and don't have the usual human body. I have been way too hot my whole life.....but now that menopause is staring......I actually get cold flashes! I've always had the opposite reactions to everything. One question I have for you all.........It seems like there's not an OB/GYN alive who thinks it's okay to not take hormones (unless you have a history of breast cancer). It's really scary to do it "eau natural" when the medical community has us convinced that our body's will snap in two, and we'll drop dead of cardiac arrest if we don't take HRT. At present, my life is unliveable without HRT......but I'll sure try again some time to get off it..........maybe when my kids are moved out of the house, and I have nothing to do but scream in pain with constant headaches, and nail plywood over all my doors and windows and shake with fear and panic in some dark corner. ;) Anyhow.......I'm really happy for those of you who can do without this stuff!

I take Promensil (derived from red clover, contains no soy) and I use natural progesterone cream and this combination works well for me. With the Promensil they say it takes 4-5 weeks to "kick in" properly but it worked for me almost immediately. I was having about 70 hot flashes a day (yep, every few minutes day and night). I've heard that it hasn't worked for some ladies, perhaps they didn't give it long enough, or perhaps it just wasn't for them. Everyone is different and react differently to different things. It's all trial and error I'm afraid, although I was lucky that the first thing I tried worked and worked fast. Good luck. DD

Hello All, I am currently in menopause stage. I have all the symptoms listed, I had suffer over 3 years now. Recently I feel better by using DIM for stabilized my hormone naturally and using supreme royal jelly to help my sleep. (this will knock you out within 1 hr, this is all natural and have a lot of protein but it quite expensive) along with this you have to use stress relieve supplement to help your adrenal. I have no problem with the dryness. My skin still glowing ,everyone thought I am in 40 but I am in mid 50. I only have mild hot flash sometimes if I forget to take DIM. Also keep up with vitamin supplements daily. It is hard to digest all of these supplements but it will help. i hope this will be informative for everybody that have to suffer. I

But that looks like it would be cool for nuts and bolts too. You can't beat the price! For this application I needed something that would pour, or sprinkle. I like these magnetic containers so much I'm eager to hear different ideas for how they can be used. They're attractive, in a modern sort of way. They feel good to hold and use. They're easy to set to sprinkle, pour a little, or pour a lot. I could definitely see having a spice rack of them... but I'm not sure where I'd put it. I'm going to give it some thought. They'd be super for storing beads, or jewelry parts for the crafter.
