Sub Zero or KitchenAid refrigerator?

I'm trying to decide between these two brands. They both are 36" wide with freezer-on-the-bottom and the one door opening right. Does anyone have words of caution or praise for either one? I have the feeling that you just have to be lucky with the one you get, whatever the brand!

    We have the 42" KitchenAid built in. I love the CD. No food forgotten in the back. We have the freezer on the bottom. If I had it to do over again, I would've gotten the SxS, but only if it was 42". For 36", I would keep the freezer on the bottom.
    I would go with the KA and spend the extra bucks elsewhere.
