These are hinged doors I assume not drawers as stated above. I am not that familiar with "Salice" because I always use "Blum". With "Blum" there is a way to disengage the soft close feature by flipping the little lever inside the cup so on smaller doors you can have only one active. Not sure if the "Salice" has the same feature on any of theirs or if the model he used has this. If not you could use one regular and one soft close hinge and get the same results.

Decrease the downward travel by 1/4 inch or increase the downward force a bit. Both are adjusted by turning a stem or screw on most GDO drive units.

ODD, You may want to post on the Kitchen Forum. I am not sure what Self Close is. Soft close is to prevent the slamming of drawers and cabinet doors. They open like regular drawers without additional tension, and when you close the drawer, they slow down in the last inch or so and softly close the drawer. What is the brand of the drawer slides and mechanism in your drawer? I would not live without soft close, the Blum ones work wonderfully. Not as common here in the US but Hafele also makes good ones. Buffers and soft close don't work the same way. Buffer prevents the shutting of the drawer or door completely, so the fronts are held off the face of the cabinet by the depth of the buffer (plastic silicone stoppers). Soft close will fully close the drawer or door. The buffers also don't prevent the slamming noise:-) Found this information on Accuride's website, it looks like you have Self Close and they are functioning as designed. Good luck!

Lindsey, you have undermount drawer slides. OP has side mount slides. Two whole different animals. SW Wong, did you check all the mounting screws in the slides to make sure that they are properly seated? If one is standing proud, that could be the problem. Check all of the screws, the ones that mount the slide to the cabinet and the ones that mount the slide to the drawer. I have some Accuride and KV side mount slides but no soft close versions. When I remove and replace a drawer, I have to get kinda' tough and force the drawer to close. For some reason, the slide has quite a bit of resistance to closing. After that first 'force to close' , the drawer functions fine. Again, I do not have the soft close versions. Also, check the slides for a manufacturer's label. If these are a generic, no-name slide, then the chances of just having a bad slide is probably higher than with a recognized brand. You may end up needing to replace the slide. Not a fun job but not all that difficult to do, either.
