That sounds good. I think scallops are my most fav sea food. This past week our local store, had frozen bay scallops on sale and I bought a bag. Now These are not in the shell, but here in Mn........far away from the sea, it's the best I can do. Usually I make a white sauce, add the scallops along with some parsley for color, put buttered cracker crumbs on top and bake. Yummmmmm!!! Dottie
