Is Tide liquid a lot stronger than Tide Free and Gentle?
Comments (5)I used it before but it has been a few years ago. It wasnt cleaning well for me so I called Tide. The lady told me to just use more even when I was using the amount they said to (HE). Not sure if the "original" was stronger but probably was. I just went back to using All Free. I like powder best and the All free powder has enzymes and is HE. I like Tide powder original but they can't leave the scent alone. You might try the Wisk Free. At one time in test it was the #1 detergent. It would be worth a try....See MoreTide with a Touch of Downy liquid "he turbo" detergent
Comments (4)I tried it in one more load yesterday, and the suds were insane (even lowering the lowest amount). The clothes did not smell or feel as clean, most likely due to using so little detergent, but the amount of suds, considering how little detergent used, was not acceptable. Even during the final rinse (I purposely did not use any softener, so I could see how clear or not clear the water was)...suds on the glass and stuck around the rubber door seal. I returned it to Target and got my $9.99 back. I almost never return laundry products I do not like, but I did it this time. Principle! ;) Crazy how the Original tide he turbo liquid produced so few suds and rinsed so clean, yet this one was awful. I agree, maybe P&G just slapped an he turbo label on regular Tide with a touch of Downy. P&G frustrates me!!...See More"Tide Ultra Stain Release Original" HE liquid
Comments (17)Yes it is George..fact is suds arnt solely cleaning your clothes. But there are no US detergents 100% suds free so in order to clean the clothes and keep the machine clean your going to have some suds if your adding enough to do the job...this irritates me and I don't even have a FL'er. P&G spends too much time playing with perfume and not enough time working on Surfactants that don't suds....George did you notice I stsrted out sa ying s uds are not dolely responsable for clesning your clothes...lol...someone will read that and think but suds don't clean...and actually they kinda do..suds hold soil and lint in suspension. its easier to see this in a top loader. The suds on top will have lint and soil trapped in them. But ya you FL users always have a battle between enough and not enough and with different soil levels fabric type ect ect ect...its always changing. You know what your doing George, I have faith that your smarter than the average bear. LMAO...See MoreTide Bleach Alternative he turbo liquid Detergent
Comments (16)Well, mine was fine. It didn't suds, but I also don't think I used enough to do any good. I had a small blood stain (from shaving) that would have easily come out with Cheer or Persil and it's still there after this run. Next time I'll increase the dose and monitor suds. As for the smell, it's pleasant -- old school Tide liquid. However, the only Tide fragrance I really like is the old school powder. Liquid fragrance doesn't do a whole lot for me. Now, the bleach smell emanating from my dishwasher with the Cascade powder? That's a smell I can get behind :)...See Morerococogurl
