I know it is not what you asked but I have to tell you I love the color you have in there now.

Almost looks like sea glass in your photos, really pretty.

I think bringing in some natural brown materials (bamboo, rattan, etc) might be all you need to add that last layer and tie in the new floor color.

I agree with acoreana -- I like the color your have! Add some framed artwork (to echo the floor and counter colors) and you're done!

I gotta say I find the "toilet in the tub" arrangement hilarious. It looks like conceptual art!

I haven't put the toilet back in yet since I'm letting the grout and sealer fully cure since I just finished the tile. My wife doesn't want beige, tan, or form of brown. She wants something green on the walls, like neutral green but I'm not sure how that will look. I just want the room to be light and go very well with the white cabinets and new tile I have. I want it to be very inviting and look very good.

If she wants green, then why not just leave it the color it is?

Cause the current color is blue. lol She wants more of natural green like olive green, or green with brownish tint....but something light and not dark. Make any sense? I'll have to look at some samples and see from there. I just can't imagine the color in my head....but maybe it'll match just fine.

Not sure the exact color since it was already painted from previous owners when we bought the house early this year. It looks like blue with teal in it.

Nice job! It looks beautiful. I love the color as is, as well. If she really wants to change it, however, she (and you) might want to take a look at the new Benjamin Moore "Aura" paint line--there's a green called "Urban Nature" that she might like. But I think your best bet would be more of a blue-green that changes with the light or more of a translucent green. Ellen Kennon's "Celadon" is nice, I think.

lindy: That's an amazing photoshop job--perfect. Any one of those colors would work beautifully, it seems to me.

Your tile looks a lot like my laundry room tile and the only color that looked good and blended with my house was brown.

Wow, nice photoshop job! It looks so real and gives me better idea of how green will look in there. Could you do some neutral reds, browns, and yellows also so I can just see how each color could work in there? Is Benjamin Moore the only ones you can photoshop? newhomebuilder - Mine is also a similar color. I picked it because I thought it would go with anything, but I found that it really looked best with brown.

Sawdust, Sherwin Williams, very near Passion Vine but a little more browned-down. Would look great with your tile and countertops.

BM Olive Branch?

kmc...I tried Olive Branch but it had too much gold in it and didn't look quite right. Anything with Gold seemed to fight the peachy tones of the floor. But it could just be my monitor??

ereed, I only have Ben Moore on my computer for real paint colors. I wish SW had something like this. I know Behr has one but I haven't used it yet. And remember, they WILL look different than the actual chips.

I tried a few browns for you and a cream color. Yellow really seemed to fight with your floor and red is really hard to do on virtuals. They sometimes look cartoonish. Personally, I like the sage greens and the brown family.

Great job Lindy! I like the Passion Vine the best. Seems to compliment the floor from what I see. I also like the Jackson Tan that was posted and wonder how that would look.

I give another vote to the Passion Vine! And the Jackson Tan second.

I think the green and brown family looks best for that tile. The moldings and cabinets will remain white. I'm gonna post more pics so you can see all angles. I still haven't had time to do shoe molding, carpet tuck, or put toilet back in yet.

Any more opinions before I decide? Right now I"m just going to prime it and then I'll make my final decision. By the way I know the paint looks diff than the chips, but would you say its darker or lighter than the chips. For example the passion vine in the photoshop, will be be more green or brownish in real life? Also should I do satin, semigloss or eggshell?
