Here is a picture of my sweet grand dad. I have another copy of it somewhere here on my computer where I touched it up a little bit, but I'm not sure where it is so I just rescanned the original.

I just talked with Apple (thank goodness for "Apple Support," see link below). I already had an Apple TV I didn't use (didn't know how to) and they walked me through the steps to view my photos on my TV. Very simple with Apple on the other end of the phone. I highly recommend this as well as their "One to One," when buying a new Mac or Laptop. I call them ALL the time. Ginny Here is a link that might be useful: Apple Support - a great buy!

The photographer should, within reason, satisfy you. But when you say the photographer didn't edit the photos, what specifically do you mean? Do you mean that the colors need to be adjusted? The shots should be cropped? Or what?

he so reminds me if my dad...they all were so very young...

dad was enlisted for weeks when he contracted tb, and was sent to hospital, he recovered...

one of the sad things about being a "second family"...he was already 46 when i was born...

Ah, World War I. He looks like a fine man. I wonder if they knew enough about protecting soldiers from the elements in those days. I imagine winter garb consisted of heavy layers of wool.
