Interesting individual. I read a bunch at the top of this thread and then gave up, so I haven't read the more recent postings. One thought that kept popping up in my head is that she probably is sick--clinically mentally ill. Perhaps with addictions issues on top of that (self-medicating perhaps?). Some of you posted quotes from her. The ones where she is responding to direct confrontation sound a lot like someone who is mentally ill. If that is the case, then she probably can't help what she's doing (at least not without mental health treatment and her own committment to deal with her illness). It would also account for the fact that her behavior is completely illogical (plant the damn things--you'll never have to beg seed again!). I find, when dealing with someone who is seriously mentally ill, that one of the most therapeutic ways of dealing with them is to remain calm, non-judgemental, and set CLEAR, CONSISTENT boundaries. So the blunt messages people have sent her telling her they will not trade with her under any circumstances are actually a good thing! This is sounding preach-y---NOT what I meant. I really want to say to everyone out there who has posted, thanks for protecting the rest of us! If she's really ill, then she probably won't go away, but at least we have the good souls on GardenWeb looking out for us and spreading the word! After doing a bit of research I found Morning Mist was just released last year, two more from the Vancouver series to look for this year are Danielle (violet blue, red bar) and Fragrant Star (White). I think there's more to come, from what I've read Clearview are only releasing a few each year. I will be keeping an eye out for these two. I have Fair Rosamond which does have a slight scent of violets. Can't have too much fragrance in the garden :). Annette Here is a link that might be useful: Fragrant Star

It's been a long time since I thought about this. I was having an issue recently that I think was probably just water in an igniter (overflow or from a pot put back on the stove to dry after cleaning). I'd been meaning to check back and remind myself what I did and maybe update if I change something out. I did notice that the screws attaching the igniters were pretty corroded. That may have been a bad material choice on my part. My quick and dirty troubleshooting would be to trade igniters from a working burner to a nonworking burner to decide between module and igniter. If the same burner still doesn't work, you might also check out the wiring to see if it's been pinched or otherwise has a problem. That's my mute-the-work-conference-call-and-type-real-quick response.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. My DH now informed me this morning that he thinks it might be to busy when the panels are pulled closed (I wasn't going to pull the bay drapes closed). I think I am going to call back the fabric center and see if they will give me a refund, and start over. I am going to find a fabric I love, even if it means painting the kitchen over again. We are at the end of our small remodel, but the fun has gone out of it. By what many others have told me I am a fine seamstress, but I sure cannot pick fabric for my dining area drapes. I guess I am just feeling extra discouraged this morning. Thanks again for trying to help me. If you have anymore suggestions of what I should be looking for in a dining area drape, please feel free to let me know. I need to find a good book, or website that explains what I should be looking for when trying to decorate this simple area. Jane
