You know how, even with the best intentions, you don't always remember to take the meat out of the freezer and thaw it in the frig?

I read recently that it thaws far faster if you put it in a metal skillet.

I did that with my chops today. Just had them at room temperature in a skillet and they thawed fast. It works best with smaller cuts of meat.
