Don't worry about watering unless you see drooping foliage, then water the grafted ones but only a short drink. Understocks you haven't yet grafted you can give them a normal watering but keep in mind if you're going to graft on them anytime soon, that the soil media needs not be wet/heavy. It's a juggle game. You'll see the soft pines break first, then the hard pines/firs, then the spruce all close to the same proximity or period of time it took the understocks took to push from the time they were brought into the greenhouse to bud swell. Larch break pretty fast. Moving them off heat mats or from your tented enclosure is fine after they've pushed growth for 3 weeks, appx. Ween them off the humidity to do so. A few three hours the first day - then back in the chamber, 4 the next and 5 the next until at least 4-5 days passes. You don't want to do it all at once or you'll begin losing good grafts. Dax

Last October, I began going to the gym 3-4 times a week, with my sister. Half hour on the treadmill plus the Nautilus circuit. I didn't change my eating, but I've lost inches - all my clothes are loose. Good luck to you! You might also try focusing on what you *do* want to eat, rather than what not to eat. "I want to eat seven servings of fruits and vegetables each day," rather than, "chocolate is out." That kind of thing. I like doing this because it keeps me focused on the positive aspects of food, rather than on having to deny myself. Plus, if you eat all the good things you need every day - including grains! - you have less time to eat junk.

I like it because the staff reviews them and they're marked with "Staff Favorites" (which I have found to be reliable), as well as posting reviews of actual people who have purchased and used them. I like TammiLee Webb "I Want Those Arms", "I Want Those Abs" and "I Want Those Buns". I also have Denise Austin Shortcuts and alternate those in. Winsor Pilates I'm having a hard time with...I'm not sure I like them. My problem is no matter how much I like a tape, I get bored easily so that's why I have so many so I can keep switching around.
