Need help on mailing labels.....

The solution to my problem is probably really simple but I just cannot figure it out. I'm making mailing labels and it's on Word Perfect. I need to know how to auto populate all of the labels so they all show up - only one is showing up. Help please...TIA

Did you hit "print preview"? Sometimes only one shows up at first just so you can see if you formatted it right.

Thanks for the idea Flamey - but that didn't work. Darn it anyway.

I'm sure your quilt will be cherished and it fits right in with the color scheme. It's really great! You probably had a great time 'chatting' with your friend as you were making this quilt. At least that's what I did with my sister as I made a quilt for the grandson she never saw.....and she guided me beautifully. The label says it all and with the fragrance of her perfume, she will be remembered. A job well done. SharonG/FL

I have word 2013 need more labels for mailings. can I use a free avery

Open Word...select Envelopes + Labels...click on Labels > Options > Label Vendors [should give you a long list of vendors in addition to Avery] and then select what Avery program or label size you want. There are many, many Avery options. That should give you everything you need. All you'll have to do is actually supply the correct # Avery label for printing. There should be no need to download an Avery program but it's an available option if you can't find the label # you need. I haven't done it in a long time so I can't attest to its success...but I have done it in the past. Today...the Avery options listed in Word are so complete that it's not really necessary to download any Avery program directly.

I've had an infestation of spidermites for several years now, especially in Italian cypress Totem Pole variety (worst), syrian hibiscus (pretty bad) and crape myrtles (occasionally). I can't spray the larger plants, so I started looking for a systemic. I tried Movento soil drenches and they didn't do much. Then I came across several Sundaram experiment reports on the Internet. This one for instance: http://www.tandfonline.com/doi/abs/10.1080/03601239609373068?journalCode=lesb20 And here's another one from Oregon University site: "Azadirachtin is systemically taken up by plants through roots and weakly systemic in the leaves. It has both systemic and dirct contact action. Only sucking and piercing insects are affected by the systemic form." http://extension.oregonstate.edu/lane/gardens/profiles_of_natural_pesticides Azadirachtin soil drenches work better for me, so I'd rather use azadirachtin. It is apparently weakly systemic, but using large dosages improves the performance. In the Totem it worked when I gave each tree 20 ml of a 3% azadirachtin product' and not the recommended dosage which didn't do much. The 20 ml dosage kept the trees clean for about 6 weeks. Those were young Totems of varying heights 1 to 2.5 meters but only about 15 cm wide. May they rest in peace. I shovel pruned them 10 days ago and planted Duranta Geisha instead.

I have Microsoft Word, which I think is the same as Word perfect.
When I go that site, I look for mailing label wizard, right hand side, click, then on the screen shows will creat one or create labels for mailing list
then click on label options, click what you want--example 8160--address labels and the a form should show up and just type in the names etc.
There is another way if this does not work.
Also you might have to look for the words mailing labels wizzard
If this does not work let me know. It is hard for me to explain.

mariend - I created the label and typed in my info but it will only bring up one label instead of showing a full sheet with my typed in information. Does that make sense. I can't figure out how to get a full sheet of labels with my information on each one.

I'm not really sure what you are asking....

When I do labels in WordPerfect, only the first label shows at first. After I type the information on that label, and hit "enter" to space down, the next label appears. If you want to see all the labels, you would have to repeatedly hit "enter".

When printing, if you set print for one page only, it will only print one label. It considers each label as its own page. So you want to set it to print "full document", or, for example, if you have three pages of labels (with 30 labels per page) and you only want to print the second page of labels, you would set it to print pages 31-60.

I hope this is clear...and hope it helps clarify your problem.
