Holiday gift giving as children grow up

We have three children DD-21 DS1-18 DS2-16.

We've always had big Christmas mornings. I really try to make everyone happy. In turn, that makes me happy! In the past couple of years, I have really gotten stressed trying to find/buy and wrap for my "kids". This year is particularly difficult as no one really wants or needs much at all. My daughter is easier but one of my sons wants absolutely nothing. I realize that it is probably time to cut back and I'm just having a hard time thinking of Christmas morning with three of four gifts for each. It's kind of a let down. I think it's the loss of the excitement of the morning.

I am just wondering how those of you with older kids transition from childhood to adult Christmases.
