New heating and AC system with York equipment

I have a two story 3100 square foot home and am looking to replace two old furnaces and also add air conditioning. I've received an estimate with the following details:

- two (2) furnaces (upstairs and downstairs): York ym9m (97% afue, 60,000 btu)

- two (2) AC Units (upstairs and downstairs): York (model # starts with yc so I assume this is the Lx line, 13 SEER, 2.0 ton)

Work also includes connecting to existing duct work, new evaporator coil, new copper line set, new gas valves, condensate disposal, concrete pads for the ac units, and new thermostats.

I'd be all in for all of the parts and labor above for $26,000. This does not include rebates.

A few questions - first, what are the opinions on the equipment recommended? The York Affinity series seem to get good reviews on this forum. I believe the AC units recommended (LX model) are a step down from the Affinity series. But, being in the Bay Area we don't need AC that often. Secondly, does this seem to be a reasonable price given the details?

Would appreciate any and all advice. Thank you.
