Appetizers - What are you making?

I've decided on my appetizer menu. I'm making fennel vichysoise this weekend (from Moosewood Restaurant Lowfat Favorites) because I have had the ingredients languishing in the fridge since last weekend when I was unexpectedly called away.

So, to go with that from Ann T's cookbook, I'm having olive tapenade with french bread, and artichoke red pepper bites. I'm also going to try the orange-mandarin almond salad, just because it sounds different and interesting.
