Warm/cool undertones - cabinet paint

In a couple of days I need to make a decision on cabinet paint (Cloud White vs. Simply White). In my space CW is a bit grayer/cooler and SW is a bit brighter/warmer. Others may disagree with that assessment, but it's how they read in my kitchen. I like both of them very much and their differences are very slight indeed. I'm sure that when all the cabs are one color, they will read as soft/creamy white.

My counter will be Caesarstone Smoky Ash, a warmish dark gray. My floors are red oak, very warm. Backsplash to be determined after everything else is in. I'm sure there is some wisdom as to the balance of cool and warm tones in a space. Given my warm floors and dark counters, any advice as to which of the two paints undertones might work better? Natural light is good in the kitchen. At night I prefer low lighting/task lights rather than everything on and brightly lit.
