Here are my comments. Miele Combi Steam/Convection Oven - great choice. I would stay away from ANYTHING Thermador makes - expensive to repair, frequent repairs and poor customer service. I don't have experience with Electrolux, but the micro/oven combo I like is the GE Profile Advantium upper with a 30" convection lower (Combo is about $4,000). That Advantium oven does a MUCH better job than a regular microwave. Would not buy Viking, period, for the same reasons as Thermidor above. Viking took over the old Amana refrigerator plant. They are a great marketing company, but a poor product and service company. I'd suggest a KitchenAid 22CF panel-ready French-door cabinet depth R/F or possibly a GE Profile similar model if you're not going to put in a built-in refrigerator (SubZ et al). Miele dishwashers are great as are Bosch and KitchenAid, who now have the same type of filter system as Miele and Bosch do (they got rid of the built-in garbage disposals which make dishwashers much noisier). BlueStar Rangetop is fine. Personally I like Capital Culinarian - 25K Btu on 5 of the 6 burners and I think a 12K Btu simmer burner. Getting back to your oven situation, i'm in a remodel now where I'm putting in a 6-burner Capital Culinarian all-gas range with a Miele XXL Combi-Steam oven. No need for a 30" convection wall oven or a built-in microwave. Our microwave (which we just use to reheat beverages primarily) will be an under cabinet GE Profile model (cheap - $350). the Combi-Steam oven does a much better job of re-heating leftovers than microwaves do and it's great for steaming, roasting, baking bread, etc.

I am another enthusiastic fan of the Wolf CSO. We installed it over a Wolf E-series convection oven and use the CSO 3-4x more than the E-series. We also hardly use the microwave, which is now located in a lower cabinet and gets used maybe once a week when there are three adults cooking different things at the same time. Another great advantage to the CSO is it has a "Keep Warm" feature, which functions much like a warming drawer. We didn't realize it had that feature until after it was installed, but it made us even happier that we ditched the warming drawer in the original design to help pay for the CSO.

Hi all - sorry did not see the earlier comments. marc_miles35 - we put our steam oven below our counter top, where some might put a microwave or freezer drawers. It works great for us there. cltran333 - no issue for me mixing brands in my kitchen. I have the Viking French door over, Wolf cooktop, Wolf steam oven, Subzero integrated fridge, a Subzero drink fridge and a Bosch dishwasher. They all look fine together. More importantly, they all work/function they way we intended and suit our needs. Best of luck with your remodel project.

Not sure if you’re still looking for feeedback, but just in case, about 18 months ago I renovated my kitchen and went with a Hestan 36” rangetop (5 burner/no griddle), and double Miele wall ovens - Combi Steam XL (plumbed) and convection (also plumbed - burst of moisture feature). Also ended up with a Sub-Zero PRO36G refrigerator. Blew the budget for sure, but couldn’t be happier with these choices. Amazing appliances, all of them. The Hestan rangetop is absolutely awesome to cook on. I never thought I’d see myself with a closed burner system, but with Hestan, you get the best of both worlds. Amazing power, the gentlest of gentle simmers (that hold), and so much easier to clean. Anyway, let mee know if you have any questions.
