One of the most important and older rose nurseries in Italy, Rose Barni, has a good collection of Old Climbing Roses, that are availables only potted, "ready for flowering" as you can read in their catalogue :o): these are a 2 years old plants, grafted on R. laxa, ad average 2 meters high, sometimes more than that, depending on the variety's vigour, in pots of 18/20 cm ( 7" 1/2). Last spring, I bought from them a 'Cooper's Burmese', which is now more than 5 m (17') high LOL! Lady Hillingdon is in a pot, because I was thinking to have bought the bush form, but now -first year- she's 2 meters high, climbing up a pillar, so I think I have the climbing one. Not so bad, there's so much more to enjoy!! :o)) Hoov, I will take many pictures, ok? :o)) The "orange" splash colour in the picture above, under my selected Miscanthus sinensis seedling, is a Chrisanthemum x rubellum 'Lady Anne Brockett': it's a delightful variety, very long flowering. The colour change as the flowers mature: they open in coppery apricot, then changes o salmon-peach, then pink... ;o) ciao! Finnicky I generally agree with the remarks from the previous post. It should be noted that on a BTU basis, the operating cost between HP and nat gas is basically a wash. See below. Cost per 100,000 btu of useable heat Heat pump: $1.10 Natural gas:$1.09 Like the other posters, I am surprised about the price of the XL16c and I also prefer the Trane over the Carrier package units. I would recommend a new lineset. What thermostat has been proposed? It makes a difference.plus I would want an outdoor thermostat to control the switch point between HP and nat gas. What size furnace is available for the 3 ton dual fuel unit? I would add the Ext warranty and a whole house air filter cabinet. Perhaps you might ask about the HW Mdl 200. If you have any hot/cold spots within home, now is the time to address. How many returns does your home have? You want to be certain they are sized correctly, located strategically for best airflow and overall comfort. IMO

Does it me 97% cannot be installed in the attic or should not be? More over here is what I understood from the answers about the following questions I had 1. Do I have to Pair AC and Furnace? If so XV95 furnace and XB13 AC is that a right fit? Ans: No one spoke about AC/Furnace pairing but consensus is that XV95 is good and XB13 can be upgraded to XR13. 2. There is a price tag of XV95+ XB13+Ducts+ electricals= $11K. Is it appropriately priced? Ans: Hard to answer the question, because it depends on the installation. However major cost should be for the furnace and Heater. I would count Ducts at best $3K . So again is it the right price? 3. Million dollar question, IS trane a good dependable brand? Ans: From comments, all brands are equal installation matters. Then follow up question is How do I ensure that company is going to install well? What should i Be looking for in terms of clues for good or bad AC installation. I checked on Yelp and there are mix reviews. 4. What are the questions I should be asking or things I should be aware of ? Ans: Apparently I should get the exact model number instead of marketing models such as XV95 and XB13. 5. Should I install ducts in the Attic or in the crawl space? Ans: No Answer 6. For insulation do I do it before or after the Duct/HVAC installation? Ans: No answer
