installing hardwoods in a lake house in low humidity conditions?

Help! I am really not sure what to do-The timing has worked out such that we are ready to install 3/4 x 3.25 white oak unfinished hardwoods in our lake house. Problem is in the North Texas area, for a lake house that is not being used, we could get humidity of 70% or so inside during the summer. Right now, inside humidity is about 30%. The wood is in an aclamating, and our fear is that if we put it down tight it will buckle in the summer.

Its the middle floor of a three level, aout 24 x24 square section, on a 3/4 inch subfloor, and other moisture is not an issue.

should we :

a. nail it down tight and not worry about it

b. get a humidifier and get the inside rh to 50% plus before installing

c. build in cracks on every fifth board or so to allow expansion.

OK, we understand its wood and will accept some cracks between the boards, but buckles are another matter. We just dont know how worried to be about it. thanks in advance.
