We were wondering if anyone has any opinions and/or first hand experience with Scandian Engineered Hardwood Floors. The only reference we have is from one website that says it is a great product and that they previously manufactured BR-111 but are now putting their own name on it -- I guess kind of like LG did before for appliances. (and BTW I was just blocked from mentioning that website (i was doing it innocently for information purposes) so maybe someone can also let me know if that website is bogus :).
We are specifically looking at the Bonita Silver series, Natural Timborana, in the 3 1/4 " width. It is more economical than the gold series but offers much more wear layer than the economy bocana series.
Also, does anyone know if the natural timborana darkens like brazilian cherry. We are looking at a little over 1,000 SF and one room is all windows.
Thanks so much for any help or opinions you can give :)
