Picking kitchen flooring to go with figured bubinga cabinets

My lower cabinets are going to be this exotic African hardwood, figured Bubinga:

They're not nearly as wild as they look - it's mostly about how the wood catches the light, as to whether you see the wave patterns. It's got a lot of warm tones, reds and sands to it.

My uppers are going to be brushed stainless frame with this art glass:

I am trying to lighten up the upper half of the kitchen while still mimicking the motion of the wood.

I am also planning a crushed glass mosaic tile backsplash behind the cooktop:

and hand trowelled concrete countertops.

Now I have to find a floor that won't be too crazy with all this going on... and it's driving ME crazy in the process :D

I'm looking for performance (we have 2 little kids) and resiliency underfoot. I cook a lot so this floor will get used. Eco-friendly is a bonus. Thoughts are appreciated!
