I am looking for a way to recess the toilet paper holder in the vanity side that faces the toilet. This is a link to a source for recessed toilet paper holders available in wood and simple installation instructions are included assuming it's recessed in drywall. Would this work in a cabinet wall? Yeah. Maybe leverage isn't the right word. If you pulled on the far one, it would hit the center bar, so it wouldn't come off. But the close one doesn't have anything to hit. Well, there is that little lip, but I guess it depends on how hard you tug. ;-) I don't have one of course, so I don't know that would happen, but that's the only possible problem I could think of. I wanted to get the one sided kind for my DS who won't put on a roll, so I was looking these up a few weeks ago. I remember someone mentioning that you needed to hang it where you would pull against the attached side. If I had time I'd try to locate the thread. I did buy the one sided one, but it's not up yet, so no feedback...

The simple answer is "NO". T&P valves are BTU rated to match the BTU rating of the burner or heating elements and the drain line must be equal to or larger than the output port of the T&P valve. If that closet has a wooden floor or a floor material that can be damaged by water you must also have a drip pan, and the pan must have a separate 3/4" drain line. Also, you may install an electric water heater, but if you have a solid, liquid or gas fired water heater it may not be installed in a closet with the AC unit unless all the return air for the AC is fully ducted through the closet space from the adjacent rooms.

I too had a problem with a small powder room with a pedestal sink, the solution i found was buying something compact,elegant and something which doesn’t look like a storage space design wise.Toilet caddies could be a choice, since they come reasonably cheap with ,ample amount of storage and could get our job done in our budget. I bought myself a compact freshener designed one with white matte finish from Better Living back in my city Vaughan and they look brilliant :D . There are couple more others who sell these stuffs.
