how do I add a water temp control to oil boiler?

I would like to add a water temp control to my oil boiler system. My goal is to have the control shut off the circulator when the boiler water reaches a specific water temperature.

I use a wood boiler as well as the oil boiler. The oil burner is switched off, so I am heating with wood, only.

When the thermostat is calling for heat, and the wood boiler begins to cool down, I would like to have the temp control shut off the circulator before the water temp drops in the oil boiler.

Can anyone tell what control to use and how to wire it??
