I am still working with a builder to execute the contract. Although, unsure about his proposal, which he keeps insist he the honest one.

My new custom home will be built with:
- Main floor heated: 2048SF +
- Second floor heated: 1661SF +
- Unfinished bonus room: 679SF (will finished while building)
- Unfinished basement (not add to the blueprint yet): 2048SF (may have finished later)

He priced HVAC for 2 floors : 3.5 Ton, 13 Seer Rheem A/C, 90,000 BTU Rheem Gas Furnace in Crawlspace (both furnaces will in crawlspace as he is not counting basement yet. He knows we may add a basement).

$17900.

I thought it is small for my home. Unsure about this quote.
