Marie, if you want to check KitchenKrafts as the previous poster mentioned, they have a mini-canning rack that might fit your needs. Shipping should not be prohibitive if you order only the lighter-weight rack and not the whole kit. KK has these made exclusively for them. I don't know if you could find similar in Canada or not. Hi-it is http://www.memoryfoam.com/ My paperwork has Mark's 1/2 Price Bedding on the top. We bought ours in 2004. We have the #24084 King Del Ray Mattress Kit with a #200753 King Talalay Latex 3" Core 35 ILD. So basically I think it arrived and I wanted it to be firmer or softer? do not remember and they talked with me and advised the 3" and it was perfect. They were great to work with-they did not get my order out promptly-a glitch as they were moving or remodeling or soemthing. But when I called they had it out that very day. I did a ton of research -including figuring out where it was manufactured etc. There a lot of temperapedic knockoffs but what you can learn when you get into it is that there are only a few factories that make the product like T. and you can go from there and save $$. See if this site has their question and answer section-it was very helpful. They also will chat with you on the phone.

Since you have some extra, try this... Brew a pot of very very strong coffee (try three stregnth) and let it cool. Carefully (with a tiny brush) paint some on your gimp extra and let it dry. A very thin layer (you don't want dripping). See how it "takes". If it rubs off with a cotton cloth, than paint it again and let it dry, then carefully paint with a low sheen finish shellac (very very very thin). It will fix the color if it's not holding. If it holds with the first try, and it's not dark enough, try another layer and another to see how it looks until you're at the "fix" you want. If it immediately beads up and won't take at all, try to thicken up the coffee somewhat and give that a shot. (Follow above directions again to see if it holds). Gimp can be all kinds of materials, but are often polyester based. Some take this treatment well, some don't. (Cotton will take a dye very well). I've done this more times than you can imagine (I make crazy quilts and often don't want a gimp that's too "new" looking) and they hold quite well if you follow the above instructions. The shellac fix if done very thin works just fine. Put some painters tape on both sides of the surface you're working on when you do the actual piece, and try to work with it on it's side as much as possible, but not on the long end (they're not typcially structurally sound enough for that). Experiment on those scraps first!!! And good luck :)

So much like my story! I'm right handed and it's the right shoulder of course. I've been fastening my bra around my waist also. I'm also a side sleeper and I sleep on the bad shoulder, but in a position where it doesn't hurt, and on an extremely soft pillow. I tried sleeping on my left side with my arm propped just a bit. but it's just too painful. Plus, if I sleep on my good side, pulling up the covers with my bad shoulder is almost impossible! It doesn't matter what side I sleep on, when I wake up the arm won't move because it seems to freeze. It takes a few minutes for it to move again. If I got a dollar for everytime I say "Ouch!" during the day I'd be rich! lol. For now I'm going to take it day by day and wait until after the new year to make a decision. Thank you for explaining what you went through. Just remember, if you ever need a medical test done, let the tech know in advance about your shoulder. :)
